 Hello everyone.
My name is Mo Joslin. I set the company up in 2000, after being so exasperated at not finding the quality of products I was expecting to find. I was looking for locally produced jams, cakes and chutneys using the finest local ingredients.
Kent produces the finest of fruits and vegetables and to my mind it should have been easy to source good local products.
This was not the case, so I decided to do my own, selling originally to friends and family.
The reputation grew and I made the decision to expand and now supply farm shops, quality delicatessens and specialist food fairs.
Good food comes from good ingredients simply prepared without the use of additives, colourings, preservatives and unneccessary chemicals.
In 2005, we branched into chocolate fountains and will supply them for any occasion both large and small.
The firm is still run as a family firm with friends helping to do the many and varied tasks like boring labelling and stoning fruit. | |
